Let’s talk about winning the morning. Stop hitting the snooze button and be consistent with how you start your day. A consistent wake up time and routine is hard to build, but it will lead to transformation. If you are having a hard time and feeling overwhelmed, just remember to keep it simple, and start with just 1 or 2 things that you will do consistently every morning when you wake up.
