Welcome To The 60 Day Trailhead Challenge!
The next 60 days may be the only thing standing between you and your breakthrough. I’m excited to journey together over the next 60 days. This page will be a great way for us to check in with each other, ask questions and engage with a community of people on a similar journey. A couple of things to know, feel and do to help get us started…
KNOW
The System — Habit Compass. Win the Morning. 60 Day, Weekly and 1 Day Commitments.
The habit compass/tracking will look the same for all of us. There are 4 base camp habits — One habit for each area of health. Check the boxes each day as you complete the habits. Also, take some time between now and October 1st to complete the assessment and formalize your commitments as well as your win the morning routine. Your commitments and your win the morning routine will be unique to you. I have included a sample below of what the Win the Morning routine could look like as well as the Habit Tracker. (NOTE: Your Win the Morning routine could and should include some of the Base Camp Habits)
FEEL

I will be praying for you every single morning over the next 60 days. Please feel free to shoot me an email if there is something related to your RPMS that you would like for me to pray for. The aim is to build a plan for health in every area, and this will happen 60 days at a time. With that said, I’m praying that this can be a season where you feel encouraged by the small commitments that will lead to lasting change.
DO
Commit. Commit. Commit.
Remember those wind sprints that we had to do in PE class growing up from one end of the gym to the other? For me, when we got to the other side of the gym we couldn’t turn around and come back until we reached all the way down and touched the line at the end of the court. Only after touching the line could we continue heading back to where we started. Over the next 60 days… touch the line! Don’t take shortcuts. Don’t stop short. Every day and every week touch the line on the habits and commitments that you make.
